Reiki is a gentle hands‐on energy therapy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation.

Reiki (pronounced "Ray-Key") was developed by a Japanese man named Mikao Usui in the early 1900's. Reiki is a Japanese word. REI means "universal" and KI is "energy". It's also often translated as
the "Universal Life Force".

·      The Reiki Symbols

·      Scanning

·      Clearing

·      Mental and Emotional Healing

·      Distance healing

·      Use of the Symbols during sessions

Receive a Reiki Level 2 attunement and certificate

Who can attend?
Anyone who wants to learn Reiki to help their friends, family or clients

What to wear?
Wear comfortable clothing.

What to bring?

Bring a notepad and pen.

Light snacks will be provided.

There will be an hour long lunch break. There are several restaurants in the area, but you are also welcome to bring your own lunch.
